Culture Transformation for Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Our culture transformation work is based our experience and insights from assisting our clients to develop their female  and People of Colour (PoC)  talent pipelines, in which:

  • Executives, managers and individuals are engaged to develop a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Female and PoC leaders develop themselves in having an impact through authentic leadership – the two key challenges identified through our research
  • Managers of women and people of colour develop skills to effectively lead and mentor all members of their team (a work stream based on our award winning FastForward15 programme for the MICE sector) http://www.fastforward15.co.uk
